Congratulations to Julie Rosenthal, Program Management Specialist for Gerontology Ph.D and Asian Studies who is the 2016 recipient of the Living the Dream Award which honors an individual and an organization who exemplify the work and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Julie is the founder of Food on the 15th, a non-profit organization that engages students of all ages and members of the community in delivering food and other necessities to low-income Howard County senior citizens in need.
