Submit a Graduate Admissions Application (UMBC)
- Goal Statement
- Official Transcript showing:
- Conferral of a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0
- Writing sample from coursework in sociology or a related discipline
- Applicants may submit any course paper, thesis, or capstone project that best represents their research and writing skills
- Résumé/CV
- Two (2) letters of recommendation from an academic or professional source
