Jun Chu, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Public Health in the Department of Sociology, Anthropology and Public Health. His research examines how health policies shape healthcare access, utilization, and outcomes among immigrant populations in the United States. His work also investigates the experiences of individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias and their caregivers, as well as the role of social determinants of health in driving disparities in healthcare access and outcomes. Methodologically, his scholarship emphasizes rigorous quantitative approaches to health policy and health services research.
