Event Summary

We are excited to share this upcoming event hosted by the UMBC Women's, Gender, and Equity Center. Take Back the Night is a historic movement that began in 1975 to protest gender-based violence and reclaim community spaces for survivors. UMBC continues this tradition annually to foster a safer, more supportive campus environment.

How to Get Involved 

The WGEC is looking for student volunteers to help "Shatter the Silence." To learn more about specific volunteer roles and to register for training, please visit the official volunteer sign-up form.
